Build the search behind a city guide app. People open the app and see restaurants, cafés and shops near where they are standing, within a distance they choose, and can narrow the list to one category such as coffee. Tapping a place opens its details: address, opening hours and phone number.
Business owners add their places and keep them up to date. A newly added place should start appearing in nearby searches soon after it is saved, though owners accept a short wait.
